Remove ODM and QS?

Hello,

I've got problems when I try to remove users ODM and QS*.

When I do a drop user ODM cascade then I get a

ORA-03113 (See ORA-03113.ora-code.com): end-of-file on communication channel


Is there a procedure to 'nicely' remove this?
