Hallo,

I installed 8i with a database on SLES8 (online-update),

it works fine, no problems.

Then I installed the patch p2376472_8174_LINUX.zip (from metalink).

After that I can't restart the database - SVRMGRL hangs, then I get

ORA-03113 (See ORA-03113.ora-code.com) end-of-file on communication channel.

What can I do?
