Why was the database shutting down???

Hi
I changed my SGA size from 300mb to 1.5GB.
Users are getting ora-03113 (See ora-03113.ora-code.com) end-of-file comminication channed.
Got this error after starting the Database. It is 9.2.0.2 on solaris.
ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600 (See ORA-00600.ora-code.com): internal error code, arguments: [1113], [], [], [], [], [],
[], []
ORA-01089 (See ORA-01089.ora-code.com): immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted
No current SQL statement being executed.
